New Bajaj Pulsar 150 Launched at Rs. 1.09 Lakh

  • Gets a new LED headlamp and LED turn indicators
  • New colours and graphics introduced
  • Technical details remain unchanged

Bajaj Auto has updated the Pulsar 150 in India, giving the long-running motorcycle a mild design and feature refresh while keeping it technically unchanged. Prices for the updated Pulsar 150 range start from Rs. 1,08,772 for the entry-level SD (single disc) variant. The Pulsar 150 SD UG is pegged at Rs. 1,11,669 while the top-end TD (twin disc) UG at Rs. 1,15,481 (all prices are ex-showroom).

In terms of design, the Pulsar 150 continues with its classic muscular stance. Bajaj has introduced new colour options and refreshed graphics to add a more contemporary touch. The biggest functional update comes in the form of an LED headlamp and LED turn indicators, which are expected to improve visibility while adding modernity to the overall look.

Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the long-running 149.5cc, air-cooled engine, which produces 13.8bhp and 13.25Nm. This motor comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The hardware package also remains traditional with 17-inch alloys suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs.

While the Pulsar 150 has been long in the tooth, Bajaj Auto has given the bike timely updates due to the demand and sales it still enjoys in select regions of India. It continues to be a popular choice among people who want to own the legendary Pulsar name in an affordable, sporty, and simple package.
