Spinny Launches ‘Spinny Circle’ App to Simplify Used-Car Exchange for New Car Dealers

Spinny stated that the platform is designed to facilitate quicker price discovery while offering more predictable liquidation timelines for used vehicles.

Spinny has launched a new app, Spinny Circle, aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and predictability in the used-car exchange process for new car dealers across India.

The app was announced in New Delhi on December 22, 2025, and is designed to offer dealerships a structured, end-to-end solution for managing exchange vehicles. Spinny Circle covers the complete lifecycle of an exchange car, including inspection, valuation, sale, and settlement, helping dealers manage operations more efficiently.

According to Spinny, the platform enables faster price discovery and more predictable liquidation timelines, addressing long-standing challenges faced by dealerships in managing exchange inventories. By reducing delays and uncertainty, the app aims to improve working capital management and overall operational efficiency for dealers.

Spinny Circle was unveiled at the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Vyapar Gujarat forum, which was attended by key stakeholders from the new car dealership ecosystem.

Exchange-led transactions account for a significant share of new car sales in India. However, the process has traditionally been fragmented, with inconsistent inspection standards, delayed pricing, and slow liquidation impacting dealer cash flows and inventory planning. Spinny Circle seeks to resolve these issues by standardising the exchange vehicle management process across dealerships.

Commenting on the launch, Gurveen Bedi, Senior Vice President, Spinny, said that the company has long focused on building trust and transparency in India’s used-car market.
“With Spinny Circle, we are extending this approach to the exchange ecosystem for new car dealers—an area that has needed greater structure and clarity. By enabling a reliable and efficient pathway to liquidate older vehicles, the platform helps dealers improve working capital management while supporting the broader growth of car sales and a more organised automotive retail ecosystem,” Bedi said.

Spinny added that the new app builds on its existing strengths in used-car sourcing, pricing, and quality assurance, extending these capabilities to dealerships managing exchange vehicles. The company currently completes over two lakh car transactions annually.

The company is also collaborating with FADA to engage with new car dealers and support the development of a more organised and transparent exchange ecosystem in India.

Founded in 2015, Spinny is a full-stack used-car retail platform operating nationwide. The company focuses on bringing technology-led transparency and standardisation to the pre-owned car market. Spinny operates across sourcing, inspection, pricing, sales, and after-sales support, with every vehicle undergoing a 200-point inspection and being offered with a money-back guarantee and warranty. The platform runs car hubs across multiple cities and sources vehicles from across India.
